• RYT, YA = Certified 200 hr. Yoga instructor from Chicago Yoga Center since 2006; studied under Suddha Weixler, who studied Ashtanga Yoga in India with Pattabhi Jois.  Sandi's yoga teaching is a unique blend of yoga inspired by the practices of Vinyasa, Hatha and Iyengar Yoga with a strong emphasis on core.  She has taken many workshops, with Tias Little, Gabriele Halpern and Sarivasta Ramaswami and Paul Grilley.

  • STOTT PILATES®  Certified Instructor in all equipment (Mat,, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and all Barrels - Level 1.)  She studied with Vered Arbel, a Certified Lead Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES®  in Chicago, Illinois. 

  • Personal Training Certification with ACE since 1994.  Has a full service studio with weight stacks, stability balls, bands, kettle bells and more.  All of which will help you  understand and incorporate both Pilates and Yoga into a safe practice giving you a challenging workout.

  • Currently teaches Pilates at Blackberry Farm, located in Walland, TN.  She also subs Yoga and works with clients on a private request.

  • Sandi enjoys teaching Pilates and Yoga and finds that the fusion of both work very well together.
